Snyder Industries, Inc. Utilities Warranty

Snyder utility products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship, so long as such products are not subjected to misuse or improper handling. This warranty will extend for a period of one year from the date of delivery. All Snyder utility products deemed by Snyder Industries, Inc. to be defective will be replaced at no cost to the customer, provided the unsatisfactory flotation products are returned to Snyder Industries. THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Snyder Industries liability for breech of the foregoing warranty shall be limited to replacement of the unsatisfactory utility products. In no event shall Snyder Industries be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any sort.

Snyder utility products are sold with the understanding that the customer will test them under actual conditions of use and be solely responsible to determine the suitability of the flotation products for their intended use. Reasonable variation in product characteristics may be expected due to normal manufacturing tolerances. Because of the variety of possible uses for the products, customer should carefully consider fitness and performance of the products for each intended use, and customer assumes all risks in connection with such determination and use.
