Private Green® – Assembly Instructions
1. Lay base on side, insert door frame ends (2) into cones on front end of base, apply small amount of threadlocker to threads and tighten nuts by hand, leaving approximately
½” of thread exposed.
2. Insert two rear posts into rear end of base (align
threaded inserts with adjacent corner of base, apply small amount of threadlocker to threads and tighten nuts by hand, leaving approximately ½” of thread exposed.
3. Remove thread protectors and slide roof over exposed threaded rod on all four corners. (Note: Opening for vent stack must be positioned on rear side of unit.) Insert washer over threaded end, apply small amount of threadlocker and hand tighten nuts on all four (4) rods.
4. Stand unit upright. Tighten down top nuts until unit is stable. On units equipped with lifting eyes, apply small amount of threadlocker to all four (4) corner rods and tighten lifting eye against previously installed nut.
5. Place tank in recessed mounting location (on base), toilet seat facing door. From inside the unit, slide vent stack through roof, move over hole in tank (3.5” hole on left side) and slide small end into hole until retaining ring rests against top of tank.
6. Slide right side panel into groove in door frame and base. Slide rear panel into groove on back of unit. Line up one outside corner cover and bolt in position using four (4) supplied cap screws. Slide left side panel into position and attach remaining outside corner cover with cap screws (4).
7. Standard unit is ready for service
